This section analyses awards for feature films exported from the seven CresCine markets and the six large markets. The analysis indicates that films from the larger markets, produced between 2014 and 2022, garnered awards at a greater number of festivals. For example, the UK, Germany and France accrued more diverse festival awards.

Certain CresCine markets have films that received awards at only one or two festivals. Among the CresCine markets, Denmark stands out, with its films winning awards across a wider spectrum of festivals. Films from both CresCine and large markets achieved the greatest number of awards at the Cannes Film Festival. However, it is crucial to note that festivals vary in the total number of awards they offer.
