Martin Aadamsoo
Martin Aadamsoo headed Estonia's national film agency from 2003 to 2006, during which time he initiated the establishment of the international Baltic Film and Media School (BFM) at Tallinn University. He then became head of development at BFM. Martin founded the Estonian Digital Centre, focusing on the digitisation and re-use of the national film heritage. He was instrumental in the establishment of the Estonian Film Export Cluster, which in turn led to the launch of Estonia's renowned cash rebate system, Film Estonia. Martin founded and managed DIGIX, a business incubator for digital creative media start-ups. In 2020, Martin was the project leader of Estonia's Year of Digital Culture.
